Mobility Series: Lower Body
Third Step – Quadriceps
The Quadriceps is composed of 4 big muscles in the front part of your leg.
(They originate at the hip and insert in to the knee).
⬇3 REASON WHY YOUR PERFORMANCE LACKS IF THE QUADS ARE TIGHT⬇.
◾1: Knee pain due to the costant tension on that joint.
◾2: Lack of posterior chain.
◾3: Excessive Anterior Pelvic Tilt.
⬇HOW TO FIX IT⬇
◾Strengthen hamstrings and glutes
◾Strengthen the deeper abdominals
◾Foam roll the quads like I show in my videos
