Mobility Series: Lower Body
First Step – Plantar Area
The Plantar Fascia is part of the Achilles Tendon Complex (Plantar Fascia, Calf muscles, Achilles Tendon and Calcaneus).
Releasing that area will prevent PLANTAR FASCIITIS and will contribute to the overall legs efficiency (mobility and power).
Like I just said the Plantar Fascia is part of a complex where EVERYTHING IS CONNECTED.
The plant of your foot is connected to the Calf that is connected to the Hamstring.
So building a overall functional lower body means takining care of all the muscles (power and mobility).
And also remember that the plant of your foot is always connected to the ground: it is where the BALANCE start!
